Identity Workshop was created for organizations, products, or services (OPS). The workshop drives the participants to identify the value that their (OPS) will deliver, how to intrigue stakeholders, and provide the stakeholders with the "why" they should engage with you. This is followed by a workshop on how to align an organization's operations to coincide with the new OPS identity.
